- Memberships require a monthly commitment with automatic monthly billing unless the annual membership is purchased.
- Annual memberships receive discounted pricing and are paid in full at enrollment. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
- Discounts apply to regular-priced services and skincare products only. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated.
- *Surgical discounts apply to the surgeon's professional fees only and do not include surgery center, anesthesia, pathology, laboratory, medication, implant, garment, or other third-party fees. Members must be actively enrolled before scheduling surgery to receive surgical discounts.
- Birthday Credits expire 30 days after the members’ birthday.
- Referral Credits are applied after the referred patient completes and pays for a qualifying treatment or surgical procedure.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
